A Message From Hannah Sorenson
Rescuing animals is something that is close to my heart, as I'm so lucky to have had the opportunity to rescue my girl, Luna, in 2019; on top of that, I'm double lucky as my guy, Ben, rescued Peeve earlier this year. Both Luna and Peeve bring so much joy to my life. While I wish I could take in a thousand more fur kiddos, I simply can't. However, I'm grateful that Ruff Start is partnering with Grandma's Marathon so I can help raise money for foster dogs, cats, and other animals until they find their fur-ever home. I'm not very good of reaching out to ask for help. Any amount to help reach my goal is worth helping support the animals at Ruff Start. I will be thinking of them with each mile I conquer, as I am dedicated to achieving my fundraiser goal so I can run all 26.2 miles with the purpose of helping the fur babies awaiting their fur-ever homes! Thank you!
